3. In relation to the said service or employment the transfer value for the purposes of Regulation F7 shall be one payable under the provisions of a scheme made under section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972(1) or of Rules made under sections 2 and 15 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1948(2), including such provisions as they have effect by virtue of section 15(2) of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967.
