Section 1—Civil service and Metropolitan Police Civil Staff service
5.
In relation to such service or employment as is mentioned in paragraph 1, Regulation F7(1) shall have effect—
(a)
where the relevant date was before 1st April 1972, as if sub-paragraph (c) were omitted, and
(b)
where the relevant date was before 15th February 1971, as if sub-paragraph (e)(ii) were also omitted.
