The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7 of the Trade Union (Amalgamations, etc.) Act 19641 and section 8(4) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 19742 and section 8(2) of the Employment Protection Act 19753 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and as respects Regulation 2 with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
