Increases in fees payable to the Certification Officer

In Regulation 11 of the Trade Unions and Employers' Associations (Amalgamations, etc.) Regulations 1975(1) for the words “£123” (fee for registration of an instrument of amalgamation or transfer) there shall be substituted the words “£130”, for the words “£7.75” (fee for approval of a change of name) there shall be substituted the words “£8.00” and for the words “£1.60” (fee for every inspection on the same day of documents kept by the Certification Officer under the 1964 Act relating to one and the same organisation) there shall be substituted the words “£2.00”.
