Where an administering authority have under regulation P1(2) established a further fund—

a

references in the preceding paragraphs of this regulation to“the fund”are to be construed as references to the fund maintained by that authority under regulation P1(1), and

b

in relation to a person to whom these Regulations apply by virtue of an admission agreement with a body identified in the notification required by regulation P1(3), the appropriate superannuation fund is the further fund.
