The Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1987

Interpretation

2.  In this Order —

“the Act” means the Education (No. 2) Act 1986;

“the 1944 Act” means the Education Act 1944 (1);

“the 1968 (No. 2) Act” means the Education (No. 2) Act 1968 (2); and

“the 1980 Act” means the Education Act 1980 (3).
