3. Subject to the preceding provisions of this Schedule, and without prejudice to section 17 of the Interpretation Act 1978(1), things done under the instruments listed in Schedule 3 before the coming into force of these Regulations shall, so far as the context permits, have effect as if done under the corresponding provision of these Regulations.
