Clackmannan, and Perth and Kinross
3. For the county constituency of Clackmannan and the county constituency of Perth and Kinross as constituted by the Schedule to the 1983 Order (and described by reference to local government areas and electoral areas as they existed on 18th February 1983), there shall be substituted the constituencies which are named in column (1) of Part II of the Schedule to this Order and comprise the areas set out opposite in column (2), which areas are local government areas and electoral areas as they existed on 29th December 1986 (and accordingly as altered by the Central and Tayside Regions and Clackmannan District and Perth and Kinross District (Backhill, Glendevon) Boundaries Amendment Order 1984(1).
