2.  The Scheme is hereby confirmed subject to the following modifications (which have been incorporated in the Scheme) that is to say:—

(1) In Article 6:—

(i) in line 6 for the word “account” there shall be substituted the word “accounts”;

(ii) in line 9 for the word “any” there shall be substituted the word “either”;

(2) In Article 8, line 3, for the word “any” there shall be substituted the word “either”.
