This Order may be cited as the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (Isle of Man) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st May 1987.

Part II (including Schedules 2 to 4) and Part IV of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 shall extend to the Isle of Man with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
