5. The maximum amount of fees or outlays which a client shall be liable to pay under section 11(2) of the Act, where his disposable income falls within a range specified in the first column of the following table, shall be the amount specified in relation to that range in the second column:—

| 6 | Exceeding £80 but not exceeding £84 a week | £28 |
| 7 | Exceeding £84 but not exceeding £88 a week | £33 |
| 8 | Exceeding £88 but not exceeding £92 a week | £37 |
| 9 | Exceeding £92 but not exceeding £96 a week | £41 |
| 10 | Exceeding £96 but not exceeding £100 a week | £46 |
| 11 | Exceeding £100 but not exceeding £106 a week | £51 |
| 12 | Exceeding £106 but not exceeding £112 a week | £58 |
| 13 | Exceeding £112 but not exceeding £118 a week | £64. |
