The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 29 of, and paragraphs 1 to 6 (inclusive) and 8 to 13 (inclusive) of Schedule 4 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to, the Agricultural Holdings Act 19861, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals as required by section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19712, hereby makes the following Order:
