The Lord Justice General,the Lord Justice Clerk and Lords Commissioners of Justiciary,under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by sections 282 and 457 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975(1), section 1 of the Public Records(Scotland) Act 1937(2), section 38 of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986(3), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby enact the following rules:
1975 c. 21; section 282 was amended by paragraph 47 of, and section 457 by paragraph 72 of, Schedule 7 to the 1980 Act.
1937 c. 43; section 1 was amended by the Public Registers and Records (Scotland) Act 1948 (c. 57), section 1.
