1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Restricted Right of Appeal against Deportation) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st August 1988.

(2) The Immigration (Restricted Right of Appeal against Deportation) (Exemption) Order 1988(1) is hereby revoked.
