Saving for Welsh Water Authority
19. None of the provisions of this Order shall prejudice or affect the exercise by the Welsh Water Authority of any of their rights, powers, duties or privileges; and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, nothing in this Order shall affect the operation of any byelaws made by the Authority under section 34 of the Land Drainage Act 1976(1).
