Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 100(2), 104(5)(b), 108(2) and 166(2) of the Social Security Act 19751 and sections 51(1) and 53 of the Social Security Act 19862 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that the proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
