Consultation with county planning authority

19.  Where a district planning authority are required by paragraph 19 of Schedule 16 to the Local Government Act 1972(1) to consult the county planning authority before determining an application for planning permission, they shall not determine the application until the expiry of at least 14 days after the date of the notice given to the county planning authority in accordance with sub-paragraph (5)(a) of that paragraph.
