The Secretary of State for the Environment, on the application of the Colne Valley Water Company, the Rickmansworth Water Company and the Lee Valley Water Company, being statutory water undertakers1, and in exercise of powers conferred by sections 33, 50 and 59(1)2 of the Water Act 19453 and now vested in him4, hereby makes the following Order:
