2. Part II of the table of consular fees in the Schedule annexed to the Consular Fees Order 1987(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in Fee 18 the words “or issuing a replacement passport which contains such amendment” shall be added after the word “holder”;
(b)in Fee 19 the words “or issuing a replacement passport which contains such addition or amendment” shall be added after the word “issue”; and
(c)after Fee 22 there shall be added the following provision—
“22A. Receiving in the United Kingdom an application made in the United Kingdom for a certificate of entitlement to the right of abode ... ... ... ...12.50.”.
