This Order contains the list of the names of each body which is not a recognised body within section 214(2)(a) or (b) of the Education Reform Act 1988 but which either—provides any course which is in preparation for a degree to be granted by such a recognised body and is approved by or on behalf of that body; oris a constituent college, school or hall or other institution of a university which is such a recognised body.
