Without prejudice to the provisions of section 25 of the F1Weights and Measures Act 1985, if article 2(1)(b), 3(1)(b) F2, 5(1)(c) or 5A(2)(b) above is contravened, the occupier of the premises in question shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person guilty of an offence under paragraph (1) above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £2,000.
