The Value Added Tax (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1988

3.  For the heading to Part II there shall be substituted—

“REGISTRATION, ENTITLEMENT TO BE REGISTERED AND PROVISIONS FOR SPECIAL CASES”.
