The Ministry of Defence Police(Defence Police Federation) Regulations 1988

The Secretary of State for Defence in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(6) of the Ministry of Defence Police Act 19871 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and after consultation with the management committee of the Defence Police Federation in accordance with the provisions of section 3(6) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
