A Class 2 or Class 3 invalid carriage when on the carriageway of any road shall comply with the requirements specified in the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 19846 as if it was a motor vehicle within the meaning of the Road Traffic Act 19727 and as if any reference to an invalid carriage in those Regulations included an invalid carriage within the meaning of the 1970 Act.
