The Industrial and Provident Societies (Amendment of Fees) Regulations 1988

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 70(1) and 71(1) of the Industrial And Provident Societies Act 19651, and by those sections as applied by section 7(2) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 19672, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
