1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations 1988.
(2) Regulation 6 of these Regulations shall come into force on 1st April 1988 and all other regulations shall come into force on 11th April 1988.
(3) In these Regulations, a regulation or Schedule referred to by number means the regulation or Schedule so numbered in the Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations (No.2) 1980(1).
