2. The County Court (Records of Proceedings) Regulations 1967(1) shall be amended by adding at the end of Columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to those Regulations the following words —

“8. A record of proceedings under Part I of the Family Law Act 1986(2) | (a)A note of the transmission of documents to the Court of Session and to the High Court in Northern Ireland. (b)A note of the particulars of the application to register a custody order, including the name and address of the applicant and of the child. (c)A note of any order varying or revoking a registered custody order.”. |
