2.  In Fee 1(ii) in Schedule 1 to the County Court Fees Order 1982(1), for the words“(other than an order freeing a child for adoption or an adoption order or where Fee 9 applies)” there shall be substituted the words—

“(other than—

(a) an order freeing a child for adoption, or

(b) an adoption order, or

(c) the registration of a custody order in another part of the United Kingdom, or

(d) where Fee 9 applies)”.
