Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 11th April 1988.

Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference in these Regulations to a numbered Part, Regulation or Schedule is a reference to the Part, Regulation or Schedule bearing that number in the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 19873.
