The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 50(2) of the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987(1) (“the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 (Commencement No.3) (Scotland) Order 1988, and shall extend to Scotland only.

The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st June 1988.
