The Registrar General, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 14A, 39 and 41 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 19531, as extended by section 2(2) of the Welsh Language Act 19672, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, with the approval of the Secretary of State for Wales3, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
