13.—(1) A fee shall be payable by the applicant to the Health and Safety Executive on each application for an explosives licence under Part IX of the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations 1987(1).
(2) The fee for each item specified in column 1 of Schedule 11 shall be that specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of that Schedule.
