The Police (Amendment) Regulations 1988

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33 of the Police Act 19641, and after taking into account the representations made by the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and the recommendations made by the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, and furnishing each of the said Boards with a draft of the Regulations in accordance with section 46(3) of that Act2 and section 2(1) of the Police Negotiating Board Act 19803, I hereby make the following Regulations:—
