This Order amends the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987 (“the principal Order”) which prohibits, subject to exceptions, the export from Great Britain to a Member State of the European Communities of —sheep moved from a place in an area designated for the purposes of Part I of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 in accordance with the terms of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act which required that the sheep to which it applies should be marked in a specified manner; andsheep which have been moved in contravention of a restriction imposed by an order made under section 1 of that Act.in accordance with the terms of consent given on or before 27th September 1987 which required it to be marked with a green paint mark; orin accordance with the terms of a consent given on or before 10th January 1988, which required it to be marked with a blue paint mark.
