1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988, and the Town and Country Planning (General Development) (Scotland) Orders 1981 to 1985(1)and this Order may be cited together as the Town and Country Planning (General Development) (Scotland) Orders 1981 to 1988.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st July 1988.
