Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Family Credit and Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 9th June 1988.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the Family Credit Regulations” means the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987(1); and

“the Income Support Regulations” means the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987(2).
