The Restrictive Trade Practices (Sale and Purchase and Share Subscription Agreements) (Goods) Order 1989

Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 2(5) of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 19771; Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(3) of the said Act of 1977, hereby makes the following Order:—
