The Fishing Vessels (Safety Training) Regulations 1989

The Secretary of State for Transport, after consulting with the persons referred to in section 22(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 19791, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21(1)(a) and (3) to (6) and 22(1) of that Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
