The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1989 No. 1309

Amendment of the principal Order

2.  For Schedules 1 and 2 to the principal Order (fees in respect of export certification and import licensing services) there shall be substituted the provisions of Schedules 1 and 2 to this Order.
