12.—(1) This paragraph shall apply in the case of a disabled student where the authority are satisfied that by reason of his disability, he is obliged to incur additional expenditure in respect of his attendance at the course, other than expenditure for a purpose specified in paragraph 7(1).
(2) The student’s supplementary requirement in respect of such expenditure shall be such amount as the authority consider appropriate not exceeding£765.
