The Water Reorganisation (Holding Companies of Successor Companies) Order 1989

The Secretary of State for Wales, as respects the Welsh successor company, and the Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects the other successor companies, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 83(1) of the Water Act 19891 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby make the following Order:–
