Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1978
3. In regulation 5(4)(a) of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1978(1) (calculation of earnings of certain retired pensioners and adult dependants of pensioners) after the words “his accounting period” there shall be inserted the words “but in a case to which section 30(1) of the Act applies, does not include any day falling after 30th September 1989”.
