Amendment of the Social Security (Maximum Additional Pension) Regulations 19787.

Regulation 2(a) of the Social Security (Maximum Additional Pension) Regulations 197811 shall be amended by–

(a)

omitting the words “and retired”, and

(b)

substituting the words “had not deferred his entitlement to a Category A or Category B retirement pension” for the words “had retired”.
