Amendments to Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations7
In Part I of Schedule 3 (terms of service for chemists),
a
after paragraph 2 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
Professional standards2A
Without prejudice to any rule or implication of law to that effect, a chemist who provides pharmaceutical services in accordance with arrangements made in the Regulations shall do so in conformity with standards generally accepted in the pharmaceutical profession.

after paragraph 7 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
Records to be made available7A
A chemist who has undertaken to provide supplemental services within the meaning of paragraph (3) of regulation 27 shall on request make available to the Board all records kept in accordance with sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of that paragraph.
