These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 20th December 1989.

In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 19663.

In Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, for Form 21 and its duplicate, there shall be substituted the form and duplicate set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations–
i
in the first column, for the words “five pounds”. there shall be substituted the words “ten pounds”,
ii
in the second column, for the amounts “£3.00” and “25p” there shall be substituted the amounts “£6.00” and “50p” respectively.

The Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 19804 are hereby revoked.
