The Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Prices Act 1974(1) with such organisations as are mentioned in section 2(6) of that Act, in exercise of his powers under the said section 4 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–

1974 c. 24; section 4 was amended by the Price Commission Act 1977 (c. 33), section 16(2).
