This Order requires that raw horseradish and radish imported from the Netherlands shall be free of foliage (article 2(1)).
The Order addsChrysanthemum L. to the list of cut flowers which may only be imported when accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate (Article 2(2)(b)).
The Order requires that cut flowers of the generaAchillea, Antirrhinum, Anemone, Aster, Calendula, Callistephus, Carthamus, Cirsium, Centaurea, Liatris, Lisianthius, Solidago, Solidaster andZinnia may only be imported from the Netherlands when accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate (article 2(2)(c)).
