Amendment of interpretation3.

In article 2–

(a)

for the words ““the 1972 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1972;”3 there shall be substituted the words “ “the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1988”4;

(b)

in the definition of “driving licence” for the words “Part III of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted the words “Part III of the 1988 Act”.
