1.  This Order may be cited as the Fishery Limits Act 1976 (Guernsey) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st February 1990. U.K.

2.  Sections 2(2) to (7), 8 and 9 of and Schedules 3 and 4 to the Fishery Limits Act 1976 (1)shall extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order. U.K.
