5.—(1) Area A described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order (being the Area A transferred by article 4(1) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 18 (Springburn/Robroyston) of Strathclyde Region((1)) and of ward 19 (Springburn) of the City of Glasgow District((2)); and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 47 (Bishopbriggs) of Strathclyde Region and of ward 9 (Auchinairn/Crowhill) of Strathkelvin District((3)).
(2) Area B described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the Area B transferred by article 4(2) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 47 (Bishopbriggs) of Strathclyde Region and of ward 9 (Auchinairn/Crowhill) of Strathkelvin District; and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 18 (Springburn/Robroyston) of Strathclyde Region and ward 19 (Springburn) of the City of Glagow District.
(3) Area C and Area D described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the Area C and Area D transferred by article 4(2) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 47 (Bishopbriggs) of Strathclyde Region and of ward 9 (Auchinairn/Crowhill) of Strathkelvin District; and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 18 (Springburn/Robroyston) of Strathclyde Region and of ward 20 (Robroyston) of the City of Glasgow District.
The electoral divisions of Strathclyde Region were constituted by S.I. 1979/673, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
The wards of the City of Glasgow District were constituted by S.I. 1981/620, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
The electoral divisions of Strathkelvin District were constituted by S.I. 1983/1489, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
